2. Listings and Accuracy

Tool listings are submitted by the community and may include third-party links, descriptions, and pricing data. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or timeliness. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. Misleading or fraudulent submissions may be removed at our discretion.

3. No Warranty

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Shape Your Brand LLC is not responsible for any downtime, bugs, data loss, or issues that arise from using MCP Hunter or the tools listed on it.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to upload malware, scrape or spam other users, run illegal campaigns, violate intellectual property rights, or abuse our infrastructure. Tools promoting spam, fraud, or other illegal activity may be removed without notice. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that degrade service stability.

5. DMCA and Takedowns

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email legal@mcphunter.com with the URL, a description of the work, and your statement under penalty of perjury. We may remove or disable access to disputed content while we review claims.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to bypass security, or abuse any promotional programs. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard; residual data may remain in backups for a limited period as permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
